Tasks:

  • Integrate new 3 acquired businesses into the mainstream business model
  • Implement customer loaner model in order to better serve the customer and beat competition
  • Reduce field inventory by over 40% while securing delivery performance to customers
  • IT: Implement new the ERP (SAP) system. Replacing all legacy ERP systems
